1. Order requests
Products displayed on netjamonline.com are offered for individual consumer purchase in the United States. Adding an item to a shopping bag does not reserve inventory. Submitting checkout sends an order request to NETJAM for review.
An order request is not treated as finally accepted merely because the website displays a confirmation page or sends a request email. NETJAM may review product availability, quantity, shipping information, pricing accuracy, and other order details before accepting the order.
2. No immediate payment
NETJAM does not take payment when the order request is submitted. The checkout records the customer's preferred payment method only. It does not request or store a full card number, CVV, online-wallet password, or banking password.
After the order is reviewed and accepted, NETJAM provides the customer with the appropriate secure payment step. A transaction is not completed until payment has been successfully authorized through that step.
3. Prices and errors
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. NETJAM may correct typographical, pricing, product-description, tax, shipping, or availability errors before an order is accepted. If a correction materially changes an order, the customer will have an opportunity to decide whether to proceed.
Product images are intended to show the general appearance of an item. Screen settings, photography, lighting, and supplier variation may cause colors or minor details to appear different in person.
4. Product information
Measurements identified as approximate are estimates intended to help customers compare size and fit. Customers should review product descriptions before ordering. Where a product must fit a particular device, drawer, suitcase, shelf, or other space, the customer should compare the listed dimensions with the intended use.
NETJAM sells ordinary non-regulated consumer products. The products are not represented as medical devices, safety equipment, professional-grade industrial equipment, or products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
5. Shipping
Shipping is available to eligible U.S. destinations under the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Events outside NETJAM's reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, address problems, and peak shipping periods, may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer's responsibility when permitted by law.
6. Returns and refunds
Eligible returns are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Unless a different product-specific rule is stated, the opening policy allows qualifying unused items to be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Certain deductions or exclusions may apply where permitted and described in the policy.
Refunds are issued to the original or otherwise agreed payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, unless applicable law requires another process.
7. Cancellation
Because payment occurs after order review, customers should request cancellation as soon as possible if they no longer want an order. A request may be canceled before final acceptance and payment, subject to the Cancellation Policy. Once an order has entered fulfillment, a return may be required instead.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law. If a mandatory law conflicts with these terms, the mandatory law controls to the extent of the conflict.
9. Limits and practical use
To the extent permitted by law, NETJAM is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from ordinary use of low-risk consumer products. Customers are responsible for using products in a manner consistent with their intended everyday purpose and any care instructions supplied with the item.
